Bestiality, Gang Rape & Threats Among Charges For STEWART & McALLISTER - Police Fear More Victims

(LOYALIST TOWNSHIP, ON) - As a result of an investigation into historical sexual assault allegations, the Napanee Detachment Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged two males with multiple sexual offences dating from 2000 to 2013.

David STEWART, 43-years-old of Kingston was arrested and charged on April 18, 2018 with the following Criminal Code offences:

Sexual interference contrary to section 151 (three counts);
Invitation to Sexual touching contrary to section 152 (five counts);
Sexual Assault contrary to section 271 (three counts);
Anal Intercourse contrary to section 159 (two counts);
Overcome Resistance by Administering or Attempting to Administer a Drug contrary to section 246(b);
Sexual Assault with a Weapon contrary to section 272(1)(a) (two counts); and with
Gang Sexual Assault contrary to section 272(1)(d).


Wayne Beau McALLISTER, 38-years-old of Loyalist Township was arrested and charged on April 12, 2018 with the following Criminal Code offences:
Sexual interference contrary to section 151 (four counts);
Invitation to Sexual touching contrary to section 152 (five counts);
Sexual Assault contrary to section 271 (four counts);
Anal Intercourse contrary to section 159 (three counts);
Overcome Resistance by Administering or Attempting to Administer a Drug contrary to section 246(b);
Utter Threats Cause Death or Bodily Harm contrary to section 264.1(1)(a);
Bestiality contrary to section 160(1); and with
Gang Sexual Assault contrary to section 272(1)(d).



Both accused have already appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee. Due to a publication ban, no further information will be made available.
