Jake Morgan GARROW - Ditch Drunk Driving

(KENORA, ON) - On Friday July 6, 2018 the Ontario Provincial Police(OPP) in Kenora were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision, with a truck in the ditch on 17A Highway near Beryl Winder Road.

OPP responded immediately and located the vehicle. Upon speaking to the lone occupant it was determined that he had been consuming alcohol.

As a result of this investigation, 35 year old Jake Morgan GARROW of Kenora Ontario has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

Care or Control While Impaired (Alcohol) contrary to section 253(1)(a) and
Care or Control Over 80 mg of Alcohol in Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b)



The accused is to appear in Kenora Criminal Court on July 26, 2018 to answer to the charges.
