Driver And Passenger Arrested - MC COOL & MC CURDY

(PERTH SOUTH, ON) - A driver and passenger were arrested during the early morning hours of July 9, 2018 in the Township of Perth South.

Shortly after 1:30 a.m., members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a fail to stop investigation for a motor vehicle travelling on Perth Line 6. The involved motor vehicle and occupants were located immediately thereafter in the area.

Fifty-five-year old Daniel MC COOL of the Municipality of West Perth was arrested and charged with:
Flight from police.

He was released on an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to speak to the charge. The motor vehicle was towed.

Fifty-four-year old Barry MC CURDY of the Township of Perth South was arrested on the strength of outstanding warrants held by Perth County OPP and Stratford Police Service.

He was held for a bail hearing.
