Lisa- Ann La Forme - Drunk Driving

(BOSANQUET TWP, ON) - On July 8, 2018 at approximately 10:40 p.m., a member of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was performing general traffic enforcement duties on Lakeshore Road, Bosanquet Township when the member observed a 2009 Kia Sportage travelling in excess of 50 km/hr over the posted 80 km/hr speed limit.

The OPP had occasion to stop the offending vehicle to further discover that the driver had recently consumed an alcoholic beverage. Additional investigation resulted in the driver registering a "fail" on a roadside screening device. Subsequently, the driver produced an additional, more specific sample of her breath which exceeded the legal limit.

Lisa- Ann La Forme, 54 years-of-age of Strathroy- Caradoc Township was arrested and charged for allegedly having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of her blood and race a motor vehicle- excessive speed. She is to appear at the Sarnia Court House on July 30, 2018 in order to address the allegations.
