(HILLIARD TOWNSHIP, ON) - On July 14, 2018, at approximately 8:06 p.m., members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), stopped a motor vehicle on Crick Road in Hilliard Township, Ontario.
The 34-year-old male driver, Kenneth GLOOR of Hilliard Township, Ontario, was arrested and charged for:
Driving while disqualified - Provincial Suspension, contrary to section 259(4) of the Criminal Code (C.C.), and
Drive with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the C.C.,
The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for 45 days. The accused was released by way of Promise to Appear (PTA). He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on July 24, 2018, in Haileybury, Ontario.
