22 Year Old Drunk Driver Arrested - Name Released

(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) - On July 15, 2018 at approximately 7:22 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for speeding on Highway 10 near Road 120 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.

The driver of the pick-up truck had been drinking alcohol. After registering a "Fail" on the approved roadside screening device, he was transported to the OPP Detachment in Markdale for further breath tests which he failed.

22-year old Dustin Reginald PATE of West Grey was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, as well as speeding under the Highway Traffic Act.

He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on August 23, 2018.
