(NORTH DUNDAS,ON) - On September 10, 2018, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of thefts on Main Street in North Dundas Township.

Investigation indicated that sometime overnight culprit(s) entered garages/sheds and removed various bikes.



On September 10, 2018 members of SD&G OPP arrested two male youths in connection with the thefts.



A 17- year-old male (same male as August 24th 2018 break in) from North Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;



- Possession of Property obtained by crime

- Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)

- Fail to Comply with conditions of an Recognizance ( 2 counts) YCJA

- Fail to comply with Probation ( 2 counts) YCJA



He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.

The name of the accused is being withheld in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).



A 16- year-old male from South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;



- Possession of Property obtained by crime

- Fail to comply with Probation ( 2 counts) YCJA



He was released pending a court appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on October 9, 2018.



SD&G OPP officers also located a female during this incident that was wanted by the SD&G OPP. Investigation also indicated that the female was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident and had several other charges against her. This resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected marihuana and methamphetamine.



Roxanne Hanson (20) of North Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;



- Fail to Comply with Probation Order ( 8 counts)

- Possession of controlled substance ( 3 counts)

- Fraud under $5000



She was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall
