Stolen Truck & Snowmobile Recovered In Teeswater - Repeat Offenders BESTER & TISDALE Arrested

(SOUTH BRUCE, ON) - Members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting patrol in the South Bruce area on January 15, 2019 when they observed a stolen vehicle located on a property on Clinton Street South in Teeswater.

OPP investigators executed a search warrant and discovered a stolen Ford F150 Pickup truck as well as a stolen snowmobile. Both vehicles were towed from the scene and were held for examination.

The approximate value of recovered vehicles is $18,000.

Two males were arrested as a result of this investigation.

Jason Ronald BESTER ,age 40 of Teeswater, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000 S. 354(1)(a) CC
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000 S. 354(1)(a) CC
Fail to Comply with Recognizance S. 145(3) CC

Blake Edward TISDALE, age 32 of Meaford, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000 S. 354(1)(a) CC
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000 S. 354(1)(a) CC
Fail to Comply with Recognizance S. 145(3) CC


The accused persons were held in custody and both are scheduled to appear in court on January 16, 2019 at the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton.
