Three Charged With Break And Enter - CARDINALE, OLINSKIE & WALSH-MCCUTCHEON

(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) - The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested one male and two females as a result of a break and enter and theft of a vehicle that occurred in Huron-Kinloss Township on January 25, 2019.

On January 25, 2019 police attended an address on Concession 12 in Huron-Kinloss Township for a report of a break and enter. Police were advised that a vehicle had also been stolen from the property and was last seen on Hwy 9 in Huron-Kinloss.

Police located the stolen vehicle abandoned on Wallace Street in Walkerton and located one accused person a short time later. Two other accused persons were located near the address of the reported break and enter.

Stephen CARDINALE, 34 years old of Brockton, Ontario, has been arrested and charged with:
Break and Enter S. 348(1)(a) CC
Adult Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 S. 354(1)(a) CC
Adult Robbery with Theft S. 344(1)(b) CC
Adult Theft Under $5000 S. 334(b) CC
Adult Operation While Prohibited S. 320.18 CC
Adult Mischief Under $5000 S. 430(4) CC
Fail to comply with probation order S. 733.1(1) CC
The accused is currently in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on January 28, 2019 at the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton.

Jennifer OLINSKIE 38-years-old of Teeswater has been arrested and charged with:
Break and Enter a Dwelling Place S. 348(1)(a) CC
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
Fail to comply with probation order S. 733.1(1) CC
The accused is currently in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on January 28, 2019 at the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton.

Kennedy WALSH-MCCUTCHEON 19-years-old of Teeswater has been arrested and charged with:
Break and Enter a Dwelling Place S. 348(1)(a) CC
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on February 27, 2019 at the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton.
