(SEBRINGVILLE, ON) - On June 2, 2019 at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Sebringville detachment responded to a report of a male driving his pickup in a dangerous manner while two young females were riding horses on a rural property. Officers conducted a thorough investigation into the matter and arrested and charged a male on June 10, 2019.
Patrick O'NEILL, 76-years-old, of the Municipality of Perth East was arrested and charged with;

Criminal Harassment
The male was held for a Bail Hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on June 11, 2019 to answer the charges.
