Pickup Truck Stolen

(SOUTH HURON, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating the overnight theft of a company pickup truck stolen from a construction site located on Mount Carmel Drive.
Sometime between 7:00 p.m. on July 25, 2019 and 5:00 a.m. this morning someone ventured onto the construction site and entered into the unlocked pickup truck. The thieves also rummaged through two other vehicles that were left insecure.
The thieves found the keys to the truck and subsequently departed the property in a grey, 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, 1500 crew cab. The pickup truck had an attached silver topper with multiple dents located on the rear driver's side quarter panel. Inside the truck were numerous tools, a construction hat and two sets of overalls.
The truck is valued at approximately $6,000.
