Two OPP Cruisers Involved In Three Vehicle Collision

(PETAWAWA, ON) - On September 25, 2019, just before 3:00 p.m., members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a three vehicle collision on Petawawa Boulevard at the entrance to the Petawawa Market Mall. The collision involved two OPP cruisers and one passenger van. Four involved persons were taken to the hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.

The OPP has notified the province's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) which has invoked its mandate. As a result the OPP will not be able to provide any further information. Any other inquiries should be directed to SIU Communications at (416) 622-2342.
