Adult Caught With More Than 30 Grams Of Weed

(NORTH PERTH, ON) - On March 28 2020, at approximately 3:30 a.m. the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a motor vehicle on Perth Road 157, in the Municipality of North Perth. While investigating, a quantity of cannabis exceeding 30g was located inside the vehicle.
As a result, Morgan ANDERSON, 29, of Wellington North, was arrested and charged with:
Possession for the Purpose of Distributing, contrary to the Cannabis Act Section 9(2)
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford, at a later date, to answer to the charges.
