Stunt Drivers Charged - PFLEGER, LALLY, RHODES, HALL & NG

(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) - Between May 22nd and May 24th, 2020 on Highway 6, in South-Bruce Peninsula, five motorists were charged with stunt driving - 50km/h or more over the posted speed limit, contrary to section 172(1) Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
Karl PFLEGER, 63, of South Bruce Peninsula, ON was travelling over 135 kilometres per hour (km/h) on a motorcycle in a posted 80 km/h zone.
Anureet LALLY, 19, of Brampton, ON was travelling over 140 kilometres per hour (km/h) in a car in a posted 80km/h zone.
Robin RHODES, 52, of Stratford, ON was travelling over 135 kilometres per hour (km/h) in a Sport Utility Vehicle in a posted 80 km/h zone.
Parker HALL, 19, of Arran-Elderslie, ON was travelling over 140 kilometres per hour (km/h) in a truck, pulling a commercial trailer, in a posted 80 km/h zone.
Siu NG, 21, of Scarborough, ON was travelling over 145 kilometres per hour (km/h) in a car, in a posted 80 km/h zone.
All of these drivers were issued provincial summons to attend court, a 7 day drivers licence suspension and their vehicles were towed and impounded for 7 days.
The Grey-Bruce OPP want to remind motorists that excessive speed in one of the leading causes of deaths on our highways.
