Repeat Offenders Arrested Again - MARTIN, DOLMAGE, SCOTT

(NORTH PERTH, ON) - The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged three people after a traffic stop in the Municipality of North Perth last week.

Shortly before 10:00 p.m. on May 28, 2020, a Perth County OPP officer pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation on Binning Street West, in Listowel. Through an investigation, it was found that two of the occupants were breaching conditions, and one was found in possession of methamphetamine. Three people are now facing charges.

Bradley MARTIN, 38, of North Perth, was charged with:
Possession of Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine
Failure to Comply with Release Order
Fail to Comply with Probation Order

Tracy DOLMAGE, 39, of North Perth, was charged with:
Failure to Comply with Release Order

Jeffery SCOTT, 44, of Mapleton Township, was charged with:
Failure to Comply with Release Order

The accused parties have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
