Repeat Offender Arrested After Break In - Methamphetamine A Factor - NOBLE

(NORTH PERTH, ON) - One person is facing charges after they broke into a house during a storm.
Just after 7:30 p.m. on July 10 2020, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a residence on Road 157, in the Municipality of North Perth, after a suspect had broken into the home. The homeowner had returned home to find a person had broken a window to gain entry. While inside the house, the suspect changed into the homeowner's clothes, and drank a beverage.
Police located the suspect on foot nearby, where they were arrested for the break and enter.
As a result, Tina NOBLE, 40, has been charged with:
Break, Enter a Dwelling House with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford, at a later date, to answer to the charges.
