Londoner Caught Going 60 Over Speed Limit In North Perth

(NORTH PERTH, ON) - The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a driver after they were driving almost 60km/h over the speed limit in North Perth last weekend.
On July 17 2020, just after 3:00 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Perth Road 164, north of Monkton, in the Municipality of North Perth, after it was found to be travelling in excess of 138km/h in an 80km/h limit zone.
As a result, Konrad JAGIELLO, 29, of London, has been charged with:
Race a motor vehicle - Excessive Speed
A seven day driving suspension and seven day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
