(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) - On October 3, 2020 at 8:23 a.m., Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a residence at Miller Lake Shore Road in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
The home owners advised that an unknown person had entered their home and was currently sleeping inside the residence.
Grey Bruce OPP attended this residence and located an intoxicated person, still at the scene. Officers observed a door at the residence which had been forced open, breaking the door frame.
As a result of this investigation, Grey Bruce OPP have charged Paige KREPS, 26 years-of-age, from Toronto, ON with Mischief, under $5,000., section 430(4) Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released on an Appearance Notice and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on November 5, 2020.
