Repeat Offender Charged Again - Adam Ronald HERMANIS

(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) - On October 12, 2020, at approximately 2:30 p.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer followed a motorcycle to an address in the area of Sideroad 9 and Wellington Road 26 in Belwood.
It was reported that the driver did not have a licence plate visible on the motorcycle.
Police spoke with the driver and determined that they failed to comply with conditions of a previous Court release order.
Police also discovered that the motorcyclist was not properly licenced under the Highway Traffic Act.
As a result of the investigation, Adam Ronald HERMANIS, 31-years-old of the Township of Centre Wellington, faces the following charges:
Fail to Comply with Release Order
Operate Motor Vehicle Without Insurance
Operate Unsafe Vehicle
Operating a Vehicle Plate Not Properly Displayed
Use Plate Not Authorized For Vehicle
Drive Motor Vehicle-Improper Licence
The accused is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice - Guelph on October 13, 2020.
