(NORTH HURON, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid charges against two Huron County residents after they were caught shoplifting in Wingham yesterday.

At approximately 12:39 p.m. on October 14, 2020 Huron OPP officers were dispatched to attend a pharmacy located on Josephine Street to investigate a complaint of shoplifting.

Officers arrived on scene and upon reviewing the store video surveillance footage officers formed grounds to arrest the pair for shoplifting articles from the store. It didn't take officers long to locate the pair as they were standing across the street from the pharmacy.
