(BLUEWATER, ON) One individual is facing charges after a single motor vehicle roll over.
On March 6, 2025, at approximately 1:29 a.m., the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Bluewater Highway and Blue Bluffs Road. When officers arrived, they located a vehicle approximately 100m into a field and it appeared that it had rolled over.
Zackery Bumba, 22 years-old, of South Bruce was charged with:
· Operation while Impaired alcohol and drugs
· Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
· Dangerous operation
· Fail to have insurance card
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on April 7, 2025.
A 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS) and seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute for all vehicle drivers.
