Vishal DHIMAN Arrested Following Hit & Run

(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) On March 9, 2025, at approximately 1:45 a.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision on Broadway Street at Confederation Line, Plympton-Wyoming.
One individual was treated at the scene by Lambton County Emergency Medical Services.
As a result of the investigation, Vishal DHIMAN, a 26-year-old of Sarnia, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code and the Highway Traffic Act with the following offences:
Operation while impaired- alcohol and drugs
Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
Dangerous operation
Fail to remain
A 90-day Administrative Drivers License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Sarnia on April 14, 2025.
